Subscription discounts, without cancelling.
Many subscriptions offer a lower price to people who go to cancel. Walkaway walks the cancellation flow for you, stops at the offer, and lets you decide. You keep the subscription, at the lower price.
Free to scan. You pay 20% of what we actually save you. No savings? No charge.

How it works
Free to scan. You pay 20% of what we actually save you.
-
1Scan
Click Scan. Walkaway finds the paid subscriptions you're signed into. Scanning is free.
-
2Walk to the offer
For each one it can work with, it starts the cancellation flow, tells the exit survey the price is too high, and stops at the offer. No offer? It backs out and leaves the plan alone.
-
3You choose
See every offer side by side. Pick the ones you want; Walkaway accepts them and checks the new price on your billing page.
What you'll see
Before anything is accepted, you see each offer: what you pay now, what you'd pay, and for how long. Plenty of services won't make an offer. Walkaway tells you which, and leaves them alone.

Built never to finish a cancellation
Walkaway is built to go as far as the offer and stop there. It can open a cancellation flow, answer the exit survey and take an offer you picked.
No "confirm cancellation" action
Finishing a cancellation isn't one of its actions. On each screen it can move on toward the offer, take an offer you picked, or back out.
Fixed rules on every press
Fixed rules refuse final-step buttons like "Confirm cancellation" and "Cancel anyway", and buttons worded as a pause, a downgrade or a purchase.
It tells you
If a page ever says something was cancelled after one of its presses, Walkaway stops and tells you right away. Most services let you undo a cancellation until the billing period ends.
Some sites are never touched
Banks, health, government, insurance and payroll sites on a built-in list are never opened or walked, and neither is anything on your own Never-explore list. A page that reads like banking or health is left alone too.
In your own browser
It works in accounts you're already signed into. We never see a password, and cookie values never leave your browser.
Only what it needs leaves
The names of sites you're signed into, and the text of the pages it works on, with login tokens, card numbers and most addresses removed first. We keep a record of its steps for refund questions, never the pages.
20% of what we actually save you
You pay 20% of the savings verified on your billing page, over each offer's term, for finding the offers and doing the clicking. You keep the other 80%.
- $0 up front. Your card is saved at checkout and charged once, after the new price shows up on your billing page.
- No savings? No charge. If nothing is saved, you pay nothing.
- Small fees are waived. A fee under $1 isn't charged, so savings under $5 cost nothing.
Bill-negotiation services can charge 35–60% of your first year's savings. We take 20%, and only after the new price shows up on your own billing page.

Questions
What's a leaving price?
The offer a company makes when you go to cancel: a discount, or a few free months, to keep you. Many people never see it because they never start cancelling. Walkaway starts, gets it, and stops.
Will it cancel anything?
It's built not to. It has no "confirm cancellation" action, and fixed rules refuse final-step buttons. If a page ever says something was cancelled after one of its presses, it stops and tells you right away.
How does it get into my accounts?
It doesn't log in. It runs in your own browser, on the services you're already signed into, and clicks through them the way you would. We have no login details and never see a password. A service you're signed out of is listed as signed out and left alone.
What does the extension look at?
First, which sites you're signed into. Only their names are sent, to work out which are subscriptions. Then, for each subscription, the text of its account page and of the cancellation pages it goes through is sent to our AI, so it can read your price and find the offer. Cookie values, passwords and your history never leave your browser.
What do you keep?
A record of the steps it took on each site (which screens it saw and which buttons it pressed), so we can answer refund requests. Not the pages themselves, and never your passwords or card details. It's kept 90 days, or 18 months for a run you were charged or invoiced for. The privacy policy lists everything we keep.
Which services make offers?
The ones that offer something when you go to leave: often streaming, news, music, software, VPNs, phone plans and fitness apps. Plenty make no offer. Walkaway shows you which is which and leaves the rest alone.
What if there's no offer?
You pay nothing. If a card was saved at checkout, it isn't charged.
How is the fee worked out?
20% of the verified savings over each offer's term, added up. If $24 a month drops to $7 for six months, that's $102 saved and a $20.40 fee. A saving counts only when your billing page shows both the old and the new price. If some of the services you picked don't come through, the charge is lower, and a fee under $1 is waived.
Can I scan more than once?
Yes. Scanning is free, within a daily limit. Offers run for a set term, and many services won't make another until it ends, so scanning again a few months later is the usual rhythm.
